*Recruitment(Mid-Career Recruitment, flesh graduate)
*Talent Management: Personnel Evaluation, Allocating suitable employees at suitable places.
*L&D (Learning & Development): Assist soft skills trainings and technical skills trainings by utilizing his/her experiences and knowledge about how to create trainings effectively.
Required Exp

*Female and male, 35-50 years old
*can speak in English is must, Japanese is better
*have Experiences and expert of HR (especially for people development) over 10yrs.
familiar with Recruitment, Personnel evaluation, and Training.
